About Me.
I started practicing yoga asana on and off as a teenager. But it wasn't until I moved to Aotearoa/NZ in 2016 when I began to practice regularly. There is something about moving in harmony with your breath... Although drawn to the physical aspects initially, I soon noticed the emotional and mental benefits the yoga brings. Eager to take the practice further I took my first 200h hour teacher training.
That was only the beginning to an on-going journey of continuously seeking more knowledge of this ancient practice, anatomy and physiology. And to share it with the community. As a certified vinyasa, yin and restorative teacher and a yoga therapist trainee I aim to create a space where body, mind and breath are seen as one and not separate from each other. Arriving in the present moment, getting to know your own body, adjusting the practice to your own needs.
