Yoga Therapy is the therapeutic application of specific yoga practices tailored to support individual's needs. Using the Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual Approach, seeing the body as a whole.

As we journey through life different experiences will leave unique imprints in our bodies, mind and nervous system. These imprints can be quite intricate and can be challenging to understand.
By working together my intention is to help to untangle and understand some of these imprints. To help you identify how these experiences impact your inner landscape and how it affects the way you move through the world.
